We provide practical parenting classes and one-to-one support for parents, perspective parents, single parents, child minders, adoptive parents, guardians and anyone playing a parental role.
We are parents working with parents from the understanding that parents play the most important role in children’s lives and always want the best for them. We understand the demands and difficulties as well as the joys of being a parent.
The one-to-one support is available to all parents and appointments can be made privately and through doctor’s referral. All enquires and bookings are warmly welcomed and treated with confidentiality.
Parents coming for one-to-one support do so for a variety of reasons. For example:
- Feeling overwhelmed
- Exhausted
- Stressed or isolatedfeeling
- Frustrated around a variety of parental topics
- Feeling uncertain around their parenting
- Feeling anxious as a parent
We provide for each individual a safe and confidential place in which they are listened to. We work with each person based on their wishes and at their pace.
We are available for one-to-one sessions:

The classes run on demand over 6 or 10 weeks, held on Monday morning and evening as well as Friday mornings . The courses available include:
- Supporting Children’s Intellectual Development [ 6 weeks ]
- The True Nature of Effective Discipline [ 6 weeks ]
- Creating Quality Family Relationships [ 6 weeks ]
- Practical and Effective Parenting [10 week including all of the above]
- Parenting Teens [ 8-10 weeks]
